Empresa, is the second phase of our Brockton community and opened its doors in March 2021.  The building is comprised of 111 apartment flats ranging from one-to-three bedroom units spanning over 5 floors in this modern elevator building.  Kitchen areas feature top-of-the-line appliances and sleek finishes that flow seamlessly into open concept living spaces, with individually controlled central heat + air conditioning and in-unit washers and dryers.  Empresa living experience offers a club room, children’s play room, package room, two state-of-the-art fitness centers, fob and butterfly access systems and a dedicated property management office.  With the goal of community at the heart of our design process the building also features a beautifully landscaped courtyard urban oasis complete with lounge seating, barbeque grills, and a fire pit for those chilly nights.  With optimal convenience in mind Empresa’s central location places you just across the street from the Brockton commuter rail station, for direct access to Downtown Boston in only 25 minutes!
