Natalia has experienced many aspects of the housing field in her decade in the industry, including sales, marketing, development, property management, and compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, HOME, Public Housing and other affordable housing programs. Before working with Trinity, she served as the platform administrator for a multifaceted, custom Sales Force implementation for Mass Innovation, and moved on to set up and manage a OneSite software platform for Cornu Management. Since the formation of Trinity in 2012 Natalia has managed the company’s Yardi database and management operations software. As MIS Director, Natalia oversees the strategic development of the Yardi platform with the executive staff, manages internal Yardi training and implementation as well as the setup and activation of new properties, and provides support for daily operations. She is a member of the New England Yardi User’s Group and the national Voyager Affordable User Group. Natalia is an alumna of the College of Wooster and Boston University, where she studied for her BA in Early Modern History and MA in Medieval and Early Modern European History.
