Madeline Stein joined the corporate office team in February 2016, as the new Vice President of Building Operations and Systems, moving downtown from her former job as Facilities Director for the 775-unit apartment complex known as Mission Park, located on Huntington Avenue.
Maddie has had a successful career, earning designations as a Certified Property Manager and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson. She started her career in her native Rhode Island before moving to Massachusetts and working at many different types of developments, including cooperative housing, mixed-use commercial and residential properties, luxury condominiums and apartments. She joined the Mission Park staff in 2000 as an Assistant Facilities Manager just as it began its “Millennium Project” to renovate the property. Before long Maddie earned promotion to Facilities Director. Each year, she recommended specific capital expenditures, sought the bids, authorized the projects and managed approximately $4 million a year in capital improvements. After 15 years, Maddie was ready for this new challenge as VP of Building Operations and Systems.
