Director of Compliance / Management Support

Linda Cribben has over 25 years of property management and compliance experience.  Linda’s primary responsibility is to focus on protecting the owner’s interests by ensuring compliance with federal and state programs, including Low-Income Housing Tax-Credit (LIHTC), Section 8, HOME, and other programs. Responsibilities include implementation and ongoing oversight of corporate rules for standardized compliance procedures, quality assurance, internal controls, reporting, and audit preparation and response.

Linda is a Certified Assisted Housing Manager, Management and Occupancy Review Specialist, Certified Apartment Manager, National Affordable Leasing Professional, Certified Occupancy Specialist Advanced, and holds a C19P, Spectrum Bring It Together (B.I.T.), RI Certificate of Completion-IREM, National Affordable Housing Professional Executive, a SHCM, and a TaCC designation in Low Income Housing Tax Credit compliance.
