Leslie Torres Esq. joined Trinity Management in January of 2018 as Portfolio Director overseeing the New York and Connecticut portfolios. As Portfolio Director, Leslie makes sure that buildings are managed in a manner that enhances their value and also serves the resident’s needs. Leslie’s dedication and expertise in managing properties during all stages of the development process make Leslie an excellent manager. Her experience providing valuable input in the conceptual stage, to marketing properties during the initial lease-up period, through successful management of stabilized properties years after construction, make Leslie an excellent Portfolio Director. She is dedicated to a very personal, hands-on approach to all the details of management. As a lawyer and manager, Leslie applies the utmost scrutiny and integrity while handling projects for all of the properties in her portfolio.
Prior to joining Trinity Management, Leslie worked in property management as both a Fair Housing Officer and Compliance Director. In addition, for over fifteen years, Leslie worked in various legal and public service roles, all of which uniquely contribute to her ability to effectively manage properties.
Leslie received her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 1993 and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish Language from Amherst College in Massachusetts (1989). She is admitted to practice law in New York.
