With over 25 years of experience in the housing industry, Kimberly is a proven leader in residential management, with deep expertise in affordable housing. Before joining Trinity Management, she spent 17 years at HallKeen Management, advancing from Senior Property Manager to Vice President of Residential Housing. In that role, she oversaw a diverse portfolio, led new business initiatives, and implemented key operational policies that strengthened teams and improved performance.

Her experience spans affordable, market-rate, and artist live/work communities, as well as board-owned and cooperative housing. Kimberly is well-versed in programs such as LIHTC, Section 8, MRVP, Public Housing, the HOME Program, Work Force Housing, and Shelter Plus Care. She maintains strong relationships with HUD, MassHousing, Rhode Island Housing, CHFA and local housing authorities, as well as community partners like the Fenway CDC and Mission Hill NHS.

Kimberly holds multiple industry credentials, including CPM® and ARM® through IREM, Certified Manager of Housing, Tax Credit Specialist (NCHM), and Section 8 Housing Manager (NAHRO), along with Spectrum’s C9P designation. Her earlier experience with Barkan Management, the Exeter Housing Authority, and the Lynn Housing Authority further reflects her commitment to creating inclusive, sustainable communities.
