Jonathan Donahue has more than 20 years of experience in the property management industry, gaining expertise in a number of areas, including affordable properties, condominiums, market-rate housing and commercial property. Jonathan has served as a portfolio manager for several condominium communities from the South Shore to the North Shore. He has also managed two prestigious, Low Income Housing Tax Credit towers (404 units) in downtown Boston.
He is currently a Portfolio Director for Trinity Management, LLC and oversees a mixed portfolio of residential and market units as well as commercial space from Taunton to Dorchester.
Jonathan received his Bachelor of Science degree from Westfield State College in 1993. He received his Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation in 1996, his Certified Property Management (CPM) designation in 2007 from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and his Registered Condominium Manager (RCM®) designation from the National Association of Condominium Managers (NACM) in 2019. Jonathan served as the 2012 IREM Boston Chapter President.
Jonathan has also been designated a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
