Service Manager

Our Service Managers provide mechanical maintenance, janitorial and grounds care for the site to ensure a safe and sanitary environment and the best living standards possible for our residents.  This position involves 24-hour coverage for emergency situations and is a live-in position.  Responsibilities of the Service Manager include preparing vacant apartments for re-rental, the scheduled cleaning of common areas, providing seasonal grounds maintenance, maintaining an inventory of equipment and supplies, repairing or replacing in unit appliances, and overseeing the Service Technicians.

A successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of maintenance and repairs and a background in property management.  The physical demands of this position include frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds.

Specific logistical details include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • 40 hours per week
  • Salary commensurate with experience
  • 15 days Paid Time Off
