Tracie has over 25 years of experience in property management and asset management. In 2025, she joined Trinity Management as President and Chief Executive Officer, bringing extensive knowledge and skills to enhance internal operating procedures and optimize the performance of the management company and individual properties.

Prior to her role at Trinity, Tracie was Chief Operating Officer with HallKeen Management, where she oversaw the residential property management division. She was a member of the Executive Team and served as Chair of the Residential Operating Committee and the Training Group. In this position, she managed HallKeen’s Regional Managers and on-site teams, as well as the Marketing and Community Relations Departments. Tracie worked closely with all company departments to improve communication and implement company-wide initiatives.

Before her time at HallKeen, Tracie served as the Assistant Vice President of Asset Management at Boston Capital, where she played a key role in the planning, implementation, lease-up, and stabilization of various property types.

Tracie holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
