Leasing Manager: We are seeking a full time Leasing Manager for a busy affordable housing management office in Boston. Major Duties include:
1. Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including, but not limited to, incoming traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and completing move-in paperwork.
2. Responsible for all Leasing Consultant duties, including but not limited to leasing of apartments and all follow up and applicable paperwork.
3. Screen applicants in accordance with the Tenant Selection Plan and LIHTC guidelines including credit, CORI, landlord references, and income verification.
4. Perform, develop and supervise marketing efforts including outreach marketing.
5. Set weekly leasing goals.
6. Complete all leasing reports.
7. Maintain waiting lists and complete waiting list updates
8. Assist residents with concerns and requests including any necessary follow-up.
9. Maintain courteous communications and follow-up correspondence with residents, applicants, prospects and representatives of other companies.
10. Enter all daily activity into Yardi including phone and site traffic rentals, move-in/outs, notices to vacate, cancellations, lease renewals, etc., as needed.
