Assistant Service Manager: Northridge Homes Cooperative, in Beverly, Mass, has an opening for an Assistant Service Manager. The successful candidate will perform routine and preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis, using an approved maintenance schedule; respond to emergency situations which may arise on a 24-hour basis; perform necessary work orders and documents information on work orders; prepare vacant apartments for re-rental; prepare surfaces and paints building interiors/apartments as necessary. On a daily basis, the individual keeps outside grounds free of debris and performs necessary seasonal grounds maintenance including, but not necessarily limited to, boiler repair, electrical repair, carpentry, snow/ice removal, pruning of trees/shrubbery, mowing lawn, planting, etc. The individual maintains and cleans the workshop, utility room(s) and mechanical rooms. Leasing Coordinator: 35 @ Eight Sixty is seeking a full time Leasing Coordinator for a busy affordable housing management office in Boston. Major Duties include:
1. Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including, but not limited to, incoming traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and completing move-in paperwork.
2. Responsible for all Leasing Consultant duties, including but not limited to leasing of apartments and all follow up and applicable paperwork.
