A bachelor’s degree and Spanish proficiency is a plus. Service Technician: Northridge Homes Cooperative, in Beverly, Mass, has an opening for Service Technician. The successful candidate will perform routine and preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis, per an approved maintenance schedule; respond to emergency situations which may arise on a 24-hour basis; perform necessary work orders, and document information on the work orders; prepare vacant apartments for re-rental; prepare surfaces and paint building interiors/apartments as necessary. On a daily basis, the individual keeps outside grounds free of debris and performs necessary seasonal grounds maintenance including, but not necessarily limited to, pruning trees/shrubbery, mowing lawn, planting, etc., as well as snow removal. Some duties may be necessary outside normal work hours. The individual maintains and cleans the workshop, utility room(s) and mechanical rooms. The individual will ensure performance up to TMLLC standards.
