Trinity Management welcomed Susan Tomasetti as Vice President of Program Compliance on Jan. 30, 2017, a position created due to the continuing growth of TMLLC’s portfolio and the expectation of ever increasing numbers. Susan has more than 20 years of experience in affordable housing. She comes to Trinity most recently from the property management arm of the non-profit Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH). As Director of Compliance, she had program compliance oversight of residents in more than 9,000 units in 10 states. Funding sources included: Section 8, Housing Choice Vouchers, Project Based Vouchers, LIHTC, HOME, community and state funding. She served also as the Fair Housing and Section 504/ADA Coordinator. She worked for the non-profit AHEAD, Inc., in Littleton for about 10 years, in various roles, including Director of Property Management, Asset Manager, and Project Developer. She also worked for eight years at the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, administering the state-wide LIHTC program and ensuring compliance with the regulations.
A New Hampshire resident, she received her Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Business Administration, from Granite State College, and her Master of Science degree, majoring in Community Economic Development, from Southern New Hampshire University.
